How can I be sure of my right size?
Our garments are off-the-shelf sizing. So pick your normal, true size. Or, send the answers to these simple questions to our live chat or email - we’ll come right back to you with your perfect size.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
Our garments take between 4-8 weeks to arrive with you. We collate our customers orders over a month, and then place a batch order with our manufacturer. The garments then take 4 weeks to be made. We then ship it to you or you can collect from our store.
I need the suit for an event coming up?!
Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. If you buy a suit and it’s not ready for a specific event, i.e a wedding, you can borrow a suit from our store for the occasion. Email us your enquiry.
Can I order just a jacket or trousers?
Yes. We sell our jackets and trousers separately. It’s a smart chore jacket, so it can be styled with anything in your wardrobe. The trousers are equally versatile, pairing nicely with your shoe and sneaker rotation.
Can I try it on before I buy?
Yes. You can visit us at Batch, 103a Commercial Street in Spitalfields. We have our full collection, in each size, in store for customers to try on. You can book a fitting or just walk in when it “suits” you. It’s not essential though - buying online works well too.
Do you do suit alterations?
Yes. Although we manage this process in Batch 103a Commercial Street. Sometimes our off the shelf sizing needs small alterations, like a leg or sleeve length adjustment. We take these measurements in store, and have them done when your suit is made. We cover 50% of the alteration cost.
Does Batch do made-to-measure suits?
No. We are off-the-shelf sizing. But rest assured our garments silhouette has been designed to fit well on everyone. Plus, we don’t want to be charging people £1000 + for a suit.
Where are Batch suits made?
Batch proudly manufacturers right here in London. It’s not a claim many brands can stake. We’re delighted to be able to support British craftsmanship, whilst also reducing our carbon footprint. Our fabrics are sourced from Italy.
How should I care for my suit?
Dry clean only. We have a great partnership with Laundry Heap for our customers to use.
Can I return my suit if I don’t like it?
Yes. We have a 14 day return policy if your suit arrives with you and you’ve changed your mind. This is highly improbable though ;)
