Why do I have to wait for my suit? 

Because we’re cutting out waste. It’s our mission to tackle fast fashion and promote sustainable garment production. We only manufacture exactly what has been ordered. It’s for the betterment of our planet. For more information on why this is so important, please see ‘The Batch Model’ section.

How long does it take for Batch suits to arrive? 

Once we place your order with our manufacturer, your suit takes 6-8 weeks to be made. We then ship it back to the UK, package them ourselves and onto you. The whole process takes 8-10 weeks. But don’t worry, we’ll be sure to keep you informed and entertained throughout the garment production journey, updating you regularly on your suit's progress.

How long are the suits available for? 

Our suits are first come, first served. Simple as that. Batch 01’s is only 200 suits. 100 men’s and 100 women’s. 50 of each colour.  Be ready on the site when they’re launched because they’ll be gone before you know it. 

Are the suits unisex? 

Nope! Both the men’s and women's jackets and trousers are different cuts. We wanted to make sure the ladies suit looked perfect for female figures.  Please see our product description page for more details. 

How can I be sure what size I am? 

Please refer to Our Size Guide for accurate sizing.

We’ve mitigated potential sizing issues through carefully considerations: the cut, the detailed size guide, the adjustable buckles, the cotton all lend themselves to supporting the right fit. 

Can I return my suit? 

We are big on avoiding returns, and think it’s one of many toxic issues concerning the fashion industry. Therefore, if it’s a size issue, please first refer to our tailoring partners around London who will fix you up. We’ve negotiated a discount, and if you send us the receipt, we’ll cover 20% of the bill! Join us in cancelling the return culture. 

However, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery, as long as the suit is in perfect, unworn condition.

If I miss out on a Batch, when can I buy a new one? 

Good question. We’ll be running Batches 3-4 times a year. Each Batch will be different. But capacity will always be capped. To stay up to date on exclusive Batch access, please sign up to our Newsletter. You can find where to do this on our homepage. 

Where are your suits manufactured? 

Our suits are manufactured in a Portugese Town not too far from Porto.  Portugal has a rich textiles heritage, with particular expertise in suit tailoring. We’re really excited to be producing our suits here. 

Can I wash my suit? 

Like any expensive item of clothing you own, it’s best to get your suit dry cleaned.
